An Important Notice about Health and Safety
The Global Women in STEM Leadership Summit is committed to creating a safe in-person gathering environment. To this end, we will be following health protocols outlined by our host hotel, the CDC, and the city of Atlanta. To ensure social distancing, we will be running the event at half capacity, and encouraging mask wearing. Additionally, at summit check in, attendees will need to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival, and sign a medical waiver voluntarily assuming any risks from attending our summit. Updates to these guidelines will be posted on this page as it gets closer to the event to reflect current pandemic circumstances and the latest guidance from appropriate officials.

This summit is about you, the participant. In order to give you the best possible experience, seating is limited to 300 seats. A small number of these seats is reserved for students. We prefer for everyone to register for the entire summit to get the maximum benefit of this two day program. If you are only able to register for one day, or are registering a large group, or are a student or someone who is registering students, you must fill out the following form https://forms.gle/FYQyYdiBQ6Lq2hrMA and we will facilitate registration, possibly at a lower rate.
Registration includes access to all program sessions, breakfast/coffee breaks/lunch both days, and dinner on Monday.

By participating in the summit, as a speaker or as an attendee, I give the summit organizers permission to take photos and videos throughout the event and use them without any further permission from me to advance the mission of the summit. If you are a high school student and a minor, by checking this box, you are confirming parental permission.
Please note that registration cancellation is not possible after May 22, 2022. A $150 processing fee is applied to cancellations prior to that date.
